This Sunday we will look at the early church and see how we compare two thousand years later.  Sometime this week read Acts 2:42-47.

What an exciting time to be a new believer!  These people loved God passionately, which compelled them to see everyone around them with God’s eyes. They were eager to help, willing to be involved and showed love in their words and deeds. Their genuine faith changed the culture because they were committed to excellence. They were the best citizens, the best neighbors, the best friends and the best employees. What can we learn from the habits of the first church?

See you in church! (Don’t forget — summer schedule starts this week. Worship begins at 9:00 a.m.)

Songs we’re singing this week:

“Today Is the Day”, “Come To the Water” and “The Church’s One Foundation”
