This week we will be continuing our fall sermon series on “The Armor of God” as found in Ephesians 6:10-17. On Sunday, we will focus on the Belt of Truth.
The first piece of armor is a belt, meant to hold us together. Truth is essential to our existence. We base our decisions on what we know, and if what we know is not the truth, we will make very bad decisions. The gas gauge in our cars must tell us the truth, so we do not run out of gas. So too, we need a firm foundation of God’s truth, especially in a world where truth is relative.
See you in church!
