Joyful Worship

Jesus told us that He came to give us abundant life.  Paul said we should “rejoice in the Lord always”.  He encouraged the use of Psalms, hymns and spiritual songs, indicating there should be variety in our music.  Heaven is described as a giant choir singing praises to God.  Throughout the Bible, people are urged to raise their hands, to clap and to celebrate.

Worship should be joyful!  This coming Sunday, we will look at the reasons for joyful worship and then consider how we can pursue a life of delightful adoration.  Take some time this week to read Psalm 100 to prepare your heart for the message.

See you Sunday!
